EffectiveStaff – new SharePoint HR solution

Lanteria Solutions is proud to announce about release of a newly born SharePoint HR software product called EffectiveStaff

The product was developed specially by request from our partner, Lanteria Consulting. It's aimed to automate the main human resources management areas in an organization, such as Performance Management, Learning and Development Management, Assessments, Competence Management and Compensation Management.

Lanteria EffectiveStaff is fully based on the Windows SharePoint Services 3.0 and provides users with all the features of SharePoint.
