The Lanteria’s internal development process and project flow are based on the recommendations of Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) for Agile and OnTarget models. We provide the full development lifecycle for our projects.

The usual project flow includes the following phases:
 
Envision
The Envision phase is aimed to define the overall project scope, schedule and budget (cost estimation). At this phase the contacts are signed and project vision is developed.
 
Plan and Design
The Plan and Design phase is aimed to define the detailed project requirements, functional and technical design for the solution and draw up the project plan.
 
Implement
At this phase the development (code) and testing of product functionality accordingly to specification and design are performed.
 
Stabilize
The goal of Stabilize phase is to perform the full and complete integrated product testing and verify that product meets all customer requirements and fully ready for release.
 
Deploy
At the Deploy phase we deliver the product to the customer and provide the required deployment activities to ensure that solution works properly at the customer side.
 
Support
The Support phase is aimed to consult customer about the product developed and handle the possible incoming Bug and Change requests.
