This portal helps to organize the effective communication between customers and development team about project requirements, plan, open issues, changes and support requests. Project Flow
The Lanteria’s internal development process and project flow are based on the recommendations of Microsoft Solution Framework (MSF) for Agile and OnTarget models. We provide the full development lifecycle for our projects.
The usual project flow includes the following phases: Envision, Plan, Impletement, Stabilize and Deploy.
However, each customer and his/her business are the most important factors that influence the project flow. That’s why we propagate the flexibility of the development process, which considers all project specifics and allows us to complete it with low costs and high quality.
