Data Transfer
All connections between both our mobile and web application, and backend services are secured by HTTPS/SSL certificates. We use industry-standard Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.2 or later protocol with 2,048-bit RSA/SHA256 encryption keys, as recommended by CESG/NCSC, to encrypt communications between the internal systems and datacenters, as well as communication from the customer to the cloud.
Safe Hosting Environment - Microsoft Azure
All Lanteria Apps are hosted in Microsoft Azure, the most trusted data center on the market. With over 90 Security Compliance Certifications, Azure allows Lanteria HR to provide an efficient and comprehensive HR system no matter where you are located, and no matter what industry you are in.
Data Back-up
For daily backups, Lanteria uses Azure Backup Vault with Geo-redundant storage (GRS). GRS replicates the data to a secondary region, hundreds of miles away from the primary location of the source data. It provides a higher level of durability for the data, even if there is a regional outage.

The Lanteria Team monitors the functionality of our services 24/7 to ensure that your system is operating as expected, resulting in 99.9% uptime. We are constantly improving our infrastructure, updating, and consulting with customers and experts to create the safest, most enjoyable customer experience possible.
