Recruiting - Improvement - Improved stability and security of the Candidate Self-Service site. Candidates will no longer be logged out during the application process.

Performance - Improvement - Check-In topic descriptions and comments now support rich text formatting, including the ability to insert hyperlinks.

Performance - Improvement - When a choice field is used in the feedback form, the 360° feedback results report now displays responses in different colors for each reviewer.

Performance - Improvement - Added a configuration setting to Performance Review Steps that disables automatic step skipping when the responsible person is the same as in the previous step.

‍Learning - Improvement - Automatic Status Updates for Video Courses: Employees no longer need to manually update their progress for video-based learning activities. The status changes to In Progress when the video starts playing. It updates to Completed once the video has been watched in full.

‍Learning - Improvement - Fixed an issue where expiration reminders were sent for certificates even when a newer, valid version of the same type existed. Reminders will now only be sent if no valid replacement is found.

‍Learning - Issue Fix - Resolved an issue where prerequisites were not functioning correctly for video-based learning materials.

‍Learning - Issue Fix - Resolved an issue where certificates generated using the Generate Certificate button did not correctly apply the expiration date based on the Validity field for the selected Certificate Type.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - When submitting the Job Opening form, the page will automatically scroll to the first validation error. If the error is located within a collapsed section, that section will be expanded, and the form will scroll directly to the error for easier correction.
