Learning - Improvement - HRs can now manually complete the missing mandatory training courses for employees by using the bulk complete function in the Required Training Report.

Learning - Improvement - New option: Automatically Assign Learning Prerequisites. When enabled, the system will automatically assign the prerequisites (if any) of the learning material added to the employee development plan, eliminating the need to manually search for and assign required prerequisites.

‍Learning - Improvement - Enhanced “Check Prerequisites“ screen, now it will show the status of the prerequisite (Not Started, In Process, Expired, Missing). In case the status is Missing or Expired, the link to assign learning material will be added to the prerequisite.

‍Learning - Issue Fix - The "Quiz" drop-down field will now only appear when the "Quiz" Learning Material Type is selected when adding or editing of a Learning Material.

Recruiting - Improvement - Added ability to remove Job Offer template from job offer template management page.

Core HR - Improvement - The Organizational Chart view for employee roles can now be limited to "My Company" or "My Org Unit." Please contact Lanteria support if you'd like to restrict the Organizational Chart view.

Core HR - Improvement - Custom fields added to the HR HelpDesk list are now displayed in the Process HR HelpDesk window. Both HR staff and Responsible users can edit these additional field values.

‍Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed the issue when the Candidate Search sometimes returns no results when searching for candidates by Skills.

Integrations - Update - Integration with MS Entra ID (Azure AD) is now using the MSAL authentication library.
