Time & Attendance - Improvement - HR users can now view the history of employee absence plans in the Accrual details section on the Employee Absence Summary page.
Recruiting - Improvement - Enabled adding extra fields on the Job Opening details page by modifying page properties with SharePoint Designer.
Recruiting - Improvement - Added an option "Display Assessment Info" allowing clients to choose the scoring logic display on the Candidate Tracking page:
- Average of all assessments
- Latest assessment only
- Do not display assessment score (default)
The option is located at Settings -> Recruitment -> Candidate Tracking -> Advanced -> Display Candidate Assessment Score.
Recruiting - Improvement - Added display of the latest Resume document (icon in last column) on the Candidate Tracking page.
Time & Attendance - Issue Fix - Resolved the problem with registering vacation requests when, in some cases, the system incorrectly counted taken and expired carried-over units.
Performance - Issue Fix - Resolved an issue where the user couldn't submit the performance review form due to errors with the form history.
Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue when the title of Activity dissapears on the Grade Book page after editing any development activity.
System/General/UI:
- The Vacant Positons and Job Positions labels will be hidden on the Company Figures chart when the Job Assignment mode is set to Job Role or None.
- Removed calls to Google fonts stored in the cloud; the fonts will now be stored locally and may be cached by the browser.
- Optimized site CSS usage and caching.
- Improved the Base Color option (Settings and Configuration-> General -> Development) by adding a color picker and instant preview of the chosen color.
