Core HR - Improvement - We improved the integration with Survey Mars (a free survey platform) by adding support for a survey cut-off date, which will be displayed to employees as the Due Date for active surveys.

Recruiting - Improvement - DocuSign can now be enabled for Candidate Job Offers (Settings -> Integrations -> DocuSign Integration -> Advanced). If enabled, you can request candidates to e-sign their Job Offers.

Performance -  Improvement - The system can automatically assign the Performance Rating based on the Calculated Score and Rating Matrix (Settings -> Performance -> Performance Reviews -> Auto-assign Performance Rating Based on the Calculated Score).

‍Core HR - Issue Fix- Fixed an issue where the links to complete the survey in Survey Mars were incorrect due to using the Asia-Pacific API.

Performance - Issue Fix - Fixed an access conflict in Performance Review workflows. When a user held both Local HR and Additional Manager roles for the same employee, the HR/Local HR step showed “form is being edited by another user,” blocking completion. The system now allows users with HR or Local HR roles to open and complete the form at this step, even if they are also the employee’s Manager, Additional Manager, or Department Manager.
