Performance - Improvement - The Job Responsibilities section on the performance review form can now be included in the performance score and performance rating calculations.
Recruiting - Improvement - Added an ability to select which documents will be copied from the Candidate Documents to the Employee Documents when hiring the candidate (creating a new employee record from the candidate record). You can also define document type, employee and manager visibility for each document before copying the documents.
Recruiting - Improvement - The UI of the Candidate Search page has been slightly improved, and we have also added filters by City and Location. The Suitable for Locations and Suitable for Job Roles fields on the candidate profile will be automatically populated when a candidate applies to a job opening.
Recruiting - Improvement - Added a new option to specify the recipinets of the system notification related to errors in the application process - Apply for Job Opening Errors (previously, this notification was sent to HRs). This option is located under Settings → Recruiting → Candidate Tracking → Advanced.
Performance - Issue Fix - Competencies will no longer be assigned to the terminated employees when assigning a competency to a job role.
Performance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue when duplicate Competency History records were created when a new competency was assigned to an employee.
