Lanteria HR for SharePoint, Version 26.3.1 - 10/14/2026

Core HR, Employee Documents - Improvement - Employees can now delete documents they uploaded themselves on their Documents page. Documents added by a supervisor or HR remain protected from deletion by the employee, and HR users can still delete all documents. Replaced the View Properties column with an Actions drop-down. The drop-down appears only when an action is available for the document.

Core HR, HR Processes - Fix - Fixed the “Item does not exist. It may have been deleted by another user.” error that appeared in HR Processes after a document was signed through DocuSign or AdobeSign. The error occurred on the HR process ribbon on the candidate card and on the HR Processes page. Previously, signing created a new document with a new ID, which left the “Upload Document” process action pointing to a deleted item. Now the signed document replaces the original on the same item ID, so the process action keeps working.  

‍Recruitment - Fix - When an employee is created from a Hired candidate using the “Create Employee” option, the Org Unit and Job Role fields on the Employee Card are now populated automatically from the vacancy. This matches the behavior of the “Start Process” option. 

Recruitment, Interview Self-Schedule - Improvement - Interview Self-Schedule can now create a separate Microsoft Teams meeting for each interview. When Microsoft Graph integration is enabled, the Interview Schedule form has a new “Create Teams Meeting” checkbox, and the “Create Team meeting” button is hidden. If the checkbox is selected, a separate meeting is created for each interview with the person in the Organizer field as organizer. The candidate is added when they book a time slot, and the meeting is updated or canceled together with the interview. Candidates no longer share one meeting link. If the checkbox is not selected, or Microsoft Graph integration is not enabled, the schedule works as before. Existing schedules are not affected.

Recruitment, Interview Self-Schedule (2)- Improvement - Added new options for managing interview schedules. When a schedule has booked time slots and can’t be edited, all slots that are not taken can be canceled, so a new schedule can be created for a new timeline. Canceled time slots can be reopened all at once. Both options are available while the schedule’s end date is today or later. Each schedule now shows a Time Slots line with the total, available, booked and canceled slots.

‍Learning - Issue Fix - On the Required Training Report, when Group By is set to Employee, the report now displays all mandatory Learning Materials assigned to each employee. Previously, only one mandatory Learning Material was shown per employee. 

Learning - Improvement - Added the “Show Learning Material preview for all employees” setting, which controls whether the Preview button in the Learning Catalog is available to all employees or only to HR. The setting is on the Advanced tab of Settings → Learning → Learning Catalog and is disabled by default. When it is enabled, the Preview button is available to employees in the Learning Catalog. When it is disabled, the button is hidden from employees, and HR users can still use it. The setting is available for Scorm Engine (versions 1 and 2).

Learning, Development Plan - Issue Fix - Resolved an issue that occurred when completing two Development Activities in a row. 

‍Exchange Integration - Improvement - Exchange integration now works through Microsoft Graph API, because Microsoft is retiring Exchange Web Services (EWS) in Exchange Online in October 2026.

Exchange Integration, Interview Schedule - Improvement - Room booking now works through Microsoft Graph API. An interview can’t be created or updated if the selected meeting room is already booked for that time. When the room is changed, the previous calendar event is removed, and a new one is created only if another room from the meeting rooms list is selected, not for online interviews or custom locations. 

Exchange Integration, Training Schedule - Improvement - Training events now use Microsoft Graph API for meeting room calendar events and availability checks.

Exchange Integration, Job Opening Details - Improvement - On the Interview Schedule form used to create self-scheduling time windows, meeting room availability is now checked through Microsoft Graph API.

Exchange Integration, Scheduling Assistant - Improvement - Scheduling Assistant now runs on Microsoft Graph API and is available on the Interview Schedule, Training Schedule, and Job Opening Details interview scheduling forms. Meeting room availability on these forms is also validated through Graph API.
