Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Clean Data job failing to delete the candidate data in case there were records in Candidate Education.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Process Employees job ignoring changes to the working groups and not generating performance review forms for the newly added employees in case these employees have been added after the review round for the working group was launched.

Other - Improvement - The solution was upgraded to.NET Framework 4.8.

Core HR - Improvement - The Work Pattern FTE will be rounded to 2 decimals in the Accrual Details of the Total Paid Leave on the Employee Absence Summary page.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Career Portal Application Statistics report is now available for tracking how many candidates reached each application step and at which step the candidates who quitted the application process stopped.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which occurred when creating a future additional assignment for terminated employee who is being rehired.

Data import - Issue fix - Fixed minor issues in the data import .csv file.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with unreadable competency names in the Gap Analysis Chart in case the chart has a lot of competencies. If the chart has more than 12 competencies, its type will be changed to bar chart.

Learning - Improvement - Improved the View Scheduled Training feature. When clicking View Scheduled Training for a course, the Training Schedule will display the first training closest to today’s date.

Learning - Improvement - The SCORM Cloud integration was updated to support the SCORM Cloud V2 API.

Performance - Improvement - The Job Role Competency Assignment rules can be created for bulk assignment of the competencies to employees by job role.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with employees being able to complete the quiz without launching it. The Mark Complete button won’t be available for quizzes on the employee Personal Development Plan.

Learning - Improvement - The Development Activities report can be filtered by learning material.

Data Import - Improvement - The AD account can be setup to be used as a key (Global ID is used by default) for employee data import.

Learning - Improvement - A new setting allows skipping the Request required and Event required training materials when generating development activities for the training requirements.

Recruiting - Issue fix - The Alternate View of the Candidate Card setting renamed to Expanded View of the Candidate Card. Fixed an issue with the card returning to the standard view after editing the additional sections (Candidate Work Experience, Candidate Documents, Application History,Candidate Education).

Core HR - Improvement - The approval requests can now be processed in bulk (approve, reject, stop process actions are available).

Recruiting, Core HR - Improvement - After deleting a job opening, the related approval request will be deleted as well.  Also, the Clean Data Job will process the approval request items weekly and remove any broken requests.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with thePerformance Dashboard showing the review steps in a wrong order on thePerformance Reviews by Step chart.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with inconsistent calculations for the number of missing certificates in the Learner Report, GradeBook and Learning Dashboard.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect description of the Form List Name field of the Process Template Designer page.

Learning - Improvement - After opening a learning material of the Classroom type from the Learning Catalog, it will be possible to view the scheduled events for this learning material.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with validating the mandatory document type when uploading the vaccination documents.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect calculation of the the performance review step due date in case the review was moved to the step manually. Now, after using the Move Selected Review to Step option, the due date is calculated based on the current date and the Due in (Days) field.

Learning - Issue fix - The misspelling has been corrected.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issues in the Employee Absence Summary Report.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed the network protocol error that occurred when processing the approval request.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed the ribbon layout issue that occurred for the long label names. If the label name is too long, it will be possible to scroll the ribbon. If the total number of buttons on the ribbon is more than 24, it will be grouped into the dropdown buttons group.

Core HR - Improvement - It is now possible to set up displaying the additional job assignments in the employee profile in the charts and quick info.

Reports - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Reset button of the Chart Wizard.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect prompt wording for the quiz multiple questions.

Succession - Issue fix - The layout issue has been fixed for the table on Talent Pool Candidates page.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Do Not Auto Generate Certificate check box alignment.

Performance - Improvement - When generating the performance reviews, the review forms will not be generated for the employees with the On Probation check box selected even if they have the Eligible for Performance Review check box selected.

Core HR - Improvement - The Working Groups page will be hidden from the Core HR menu, but will remain available from Settings and Configuration. The working group managers will be able to view the working groups under My Team.

Core HR - Improvement - Under Tasks Requiring My Action, all the HelpDesk requests will be named as “HR HelpDesk Request - request title”.

Recruiting - Improvement - The job openings can be saved as templates for future use. Such templates will be available from Recruiting > Job Openings.

Learning - Improvement - The training events can be created by copying one of the existing events. The data will be pre-populated from the training being copied.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with employee being able to edit the timesheet sent for approval if this timesheet was already open on additional tab.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed the data structure issue that prevented the successful Lanteria HR installation.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the HR HelpDesk request initiator being able to change the request status and assign the responsible.

Chart Builder - New Functionality - The Chart Builder is also available for the SQL storage type (in addition to SharePoint storage).

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect display of the Competency Assessment section of the Feedback form, which was reproduced on some browsers.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying skills on the Competency Search page.

Learning - Improvement - In the learning material properties, you can choose the certificate to be associated with the current material. If the certificate has been selected, after completing the course, it will be automatically generated by Lanteria HR and assigned to employee. Now there is a new option to select the Do Not Auto Generate Certificate check box so that the certificate could be associated with training, but not generated automatically.

Learning, Performance - Issue fix - Fixed a misspelling of the word “training“ in several parts of Lanteria HR.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying a technical field (Generation in Progress) on the performance review round details page.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which allowed the user to change the performance review form data on the read-only stage. The exported review form in the .pdf format won’t have active hyperlinks.

Performance - Improvement - The certificates and education levels are now sorted alphabetically on the Competency Search page.

Performance - Improvement - The objective Description, Key Result Activities, KPIs and Final evaluation are now hidden by default in the performance review form and can be displayed by clicking Details.

Core HR - Improvement - If the approval process has multiple steps, HR can stop the it at any step. The approval request status will be set to Approved and all the remaining steps will be skipped.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with duplicated description of the employee card Account field.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with hiding the Due Date column on the Job Openings page. 

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed layout of the employee competency assessment Edit form.

Learning - Improvement - On the Learning dashboard, the terminated and inactive employees are  not taken into account when calculating number of requests in waiting lists by course and total course requests pending. Also, only active employees are considered for the as of today Missing/Expired Certificates and Missing Required Training.

Time and Attendance, Performance - Improvement - Performance has been improved for My Absences and My Performance Reviews.

Other - New Functionality - Chart Builder has been implemented enabling users to create their own charts.

Other - Improvement - The Full Page URL field has been added to the Audit Log Report for the users  to easily navigate to the page where the changes have been made.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying interviews in the Interview Schedule in case there were several interviews for the same candidate.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect messages displayed to the user when scheduling training events and submitting training requests.

Recruiting - Improvement - After saving changes to the candidate on the Applicant Tracking page, the page will not be reset to the page 1.

Integrations - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying employee photo uploaded by the Azure AD Photo integration job if the account name contained brackets.

Chat Bot - Improvement - Welcome message has been added for the Chat Bot.

Compensation - Improvement - The display order can now be defined for the job grades.

Core HR - Improvement - The display only fields will be hidden when filling in the form assigned by the Multiple Records HR process action.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed the performance issue with loading dashboards.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - A new setting was added to set up absence types for which the company holidays will not be considered as days off and will be subtracted from allowance. Applies only if the absence plan section for the corresponding absence type has Period Calculation Type set to Calendar Days.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed issue with saving changes to settings under Settings and Configuration.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - The users can now work with the company holidays on the Company Holidays page, where holidays for a specific year only can be displayed.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Employee Chart not displaying the employees when filtering it with the Hide Employees set to No. The chart layout for the subordinate org units has been optimized.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying broken links in the HR process notifications.

Core HR - Improvement - For the Process Template Designer, a new action type Multiple Records is available. It is similar to Fill Form, but is not limited to a single record. If the HR process is assigned to a candidate, the link to a form will be available from Candidate Self-Service.

Learning - Improvement - Practicum documents will be available through the Practicum link on the Discussion Board.

Performance - Improvement - Fixed the typo issue in the performance review generation rules.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect sorting by date. 

Recruiting - Improvement - Usability of the Time to Hire report has been improved.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with validating the allowance overbooking in case the absence request begins in one absence allowance period and ends in another.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the outdated naming of the Org Unit KPI.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with selecting the Use Time Period check box in the Time and Attendance settings.

Learning – Improvement - The Scheduling Assistant will display only information about the selected trainer if the trainer is selected.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with copying the recommended salary to the Recommended Annual Base Salary field of the salary review.

Other - Improvement - The JavaScript plug-ins and scripts were updated to the latest versions.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - If the Clock In mode is on and the employee is trying to send the hours for approval, a warning message will display prompting about the hour calculation in process.

Learning - Improvement - The first day of the week in the Scheduling Assistant will be displayed according to the user regional settings, if not specified, from web.regionalsettings.

Performance - Improvement - The layout and wording for the KPI related buttons and filters have been improved. The colors in the KPI library charts representing Failed and Warning statuses were changed to red and yellow, accordingly. 

Core HR - Improvement - Now after going from OnBoarding to the Process Actions page bread crumbs will show path to onboarding for easier navigation.

Recruiting - Improvement - The org unit managers can now schedule interviews for the job openings they have access for.

Recruiting - Improvement - The criteria for candidate information deletion as per the Auto Delete Candidates setting changed. Now the number of months after which the candidate information is deleted is counted from the candidate last modified date. The candidate records with employee or starter created from them will not be deleted.

Core HR - Improvement - When terminating an employee and selecting a termination reason, the options will be sorted alphabetically.

Other - Improvement - Lanteria chat bot will display the clickable help topic name instead of the link address.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with duplicating the selected skills on the Competency Search page.

Core HR - Improvement - When we create an employee from starter, the Employment Date field on the employee card will be prepopulated with the Start Date of the starter and the Manager field with the starter's Manager field.

Core HR - Improvement - When rehiring an employee, the user can specify a new Employment Date and Service Date.

Recruiting - Improvement - When using the Interview Schedule for letting the candidate select one of the available time slots for the interview, it is now possible to set up the MS Teams meeting generation.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the date format on the Interviewer Availability page, which was not based on the format defined in the Company Settings.

Performance - Improvement - Added instructions to be displayed when selecting assessors for the 360 review.

Learning - Improvement - When creating a learning material, the certificate names in the Certificate lookup are now sorted alphabetically. 

Performance - Improvement - The layout of the performance review preview form and the Employee filter on the Performance Review Rounds page has been improved.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - Descriptions for the fields used for setting up the automatic timesheet fill out have been added.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed the formatting issues for the 360 Feedback Result Report.

Report Center - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which caused the custom report fields of the check box type (Yes/No) to be displayed as the True/False type.
