How do we save you time?
Our solution provides an employee self-service portal for many Human Resource operations, including adding and correcting data in the Employee profile, Approvals and checklists, Absence and Time tracking, and much more. Employees can request Vacations, Sick leaves, other absences through the portal on their own time, reducing paperwork, schedule miscommunications, and incomplete files. You can run reports tracking billable time and internal projects saving time on manual input. Approval processes are also streamlined by our system, with notifications and reminders to all parties involved. All of these tasks add up to save so much administrative time on every level – employees, managers, and the Human Resource department. It allows employees to focus on their direct job responsibilities and gives managers and Human Resource staff time to devote to strategic tasks and planning. What if my company processes and procedures are complex and nontraditional?
Our system is capable of covering many different options and can accommodate most special cases. Lanteria HR is always evolving, as we follow the tech industry trends and update our system accordingly. If your requirements can’t be covered by a standard solution, our team will create a custom solution in accordance with your request. We are flexible to customize solutions to keep our customers satisfied.
Who will handle small issues and bugs of the system?
We never leave our customers alone with our system – we provide comprehensive support in accordance with the Support Agreement. Our support engineers will answer any questions and help with any issue. All requests are handled through our online support system, prioritized and answered by our Support team.
How difficult is it to implement Lanteria HR?
We offer a standardized implementation process to achieve an efficient and effective system implementation for our customers. However, we are also flexible to customize the system based on the specific requests and requirements for your company.
The complete package, covering all offered Modules - Core HR, Time & Attendance, Performance, Learning and Recruiting - is possible to implement in 4 or 5 months. When choosing individual modules – for example, Performance, Learning, or Recruitment we can finish in as quickly as several weeks. Lanteria HR lets you choose your implementation approach and even simplifies adding modules at a later time when you decide to build on to your system.
How do we integrate with other systems?
Lanteria HR contains a wide variety of integration options with the out-of-the-box solution – for example, we have pre-built integrations with Office 365, Exchange, Linkedin Learning, ADP and DocuSign. If the customer wants to integrate Lanteria HR with other internal systems we will build a custom solution with our development team.
