Other - Improvement - The default value for filters with country, location and org unit options will be org unit.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying the manually registered hours in the timesheets after the automatic absence registration has been approved (in case the Timesheet Absence Mapping is set up).

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the reviewer recommendation request, which prevented the managers from receiving the request and recommending the reviewers for 360 Feedbacks.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with duplicating courses in the personal development plan, which occurred after clicking the Add button in the Learning Catalog several times.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with updating the learning category name and type in the Learning Catalog.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with duplicating comments for the HR HelpDesk requests, which occurred after clicking the Comment on This Case button several times. 

Performance - Improvement - When calculating the summary rating the half values will be rounded downwards. For example, if an employee has a 3.5 score (e.g. 3 - Meets expectations for competency assessment and 4 - Exceeds expectations for objectives), the summary score will be 3 - Meets expectations.

Performance - Improvement - The performance review action buttons (Submit Review, Assign Summary Rating, Actions) are also available from the bottom of the performance review form.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - The new columns allowing to compare the registered hours to the work pattern hours are now available in the Timesheet report.

Performance - Issue fix - The competency group assessment will be displayed on the Employee Competency Assessment page only if the Manual Group Assessment check box is selected in settings.

Performance - Improvement - Now employees who have been assigned a 360 feedback form for assessment can see the form in the employee dashboard (Tasks Requiring My Action) and in User Notifications.

Core HR - Improvement - When creating an HR process template for a new starter, the users can make it applicable to specific job role(s) and employment type(s) only. The Job Roles filter is also available for the new employee process templates.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - For absence plans Period Calculation Type set to Calendar Days, the duration of absences will be calculated with consideration of company holidays.

Core HR - Improvement - In the single job assignment mode, when a new assignment is being created, the default FTE is copied from the previous assignment.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with selecting a candidate on the Schedule Interviews page.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the date format for the Copy from date option on My Timesheets page. Now the format is displayed according to the site regional settings.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issue for the Candidate Tracking, which prevented the correct information display on the smaller screens. The Documents column has been moved to Actions.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issues for the messages displayed when creating a candidate by the means of the Candidate Creation Wizard.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue for the Absence Plan page which caused switching the users to the Annual Paid Leave tab, irrespective of the tab they have been editing.

Core HR - Improvement - Tasks on the Tasks requiring my action page can be now sorted ascending or descending by the due date and filtered by the action type.

Learning, Performance - Improvement - The Learning Group Management and My 360 Assessments pages have been upgraded to the new design.

Recruiting - Improvement - The job opening description on the Job Opening Details page is displayed to fit the page.

Core HR - Improvement - In the search results displayed by the quick employee search, not only the employee name, but the whole area is clickable now. 

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Shared with button, which didn't display and work properly for all the lists.

Compensation - Improvement - The Salary Range Analysis chart has been upgraded to the new design.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with recalculating the absences after changing country for an employee.

Integrations - Improvement - The integration with Microsoft Teams was expanded: a Lanteria HR app was added. This app, when installed, provides the employee dashboard (except the ability to delete feedback and announcements).

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the performance review that was rendered incorrectly.

Learning - Improvement - The courses in the learning catalog are now displayed in smaller tidier panes regardless of the course description length. If a course has a very long description, you can only see its beginning while the full description can be viewed by clicking the "see more" icon at the bottom of the course pane.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that allowed creating duplicate items in various places when repeatedly clicking an action while the previous click was still being processed.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented quick actions and user notifications from being displayed when the user was on the HR Help Desk page and viewed tickets with certain statuses. Also, the inability to navigate through the second-level menu after switching to a different status on that page was fixed as well.

Performance - Issue Fix - Fixed various layout issues related to the new UI on the Succession Details page.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with uploading a job contract for employee in the .docx and .xlsx formats.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issue on the My Team Absences page.

The integration with LinkedIn Learning was updated to ensure that learning results can be uploaded to Lanteria HR properly.

UI - Improvement - Further UI improvements implemented. Related issues fixed.

Core HR - Improvement - A new Employee Chart tab was added to the My Team page where the manager can see the organizational chart of the whole team or direct reports only.

Other - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the Diagnostics page that wouldn't display any data.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that caused the edited value of a custom field to disappear after editing a job opening.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented quiz answers from being registered correctly.

Time and Attendance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the Vacation Statistics report that wouldn't display any data.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the inactive Delete action on the My Job Openings page for the Manager role. The action was removed for this role.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Recruiting Manager role permissions have been expanded. Now Recruiting Managers can:

- hire a candidate (create a new employee from the candidate or start an onboarding process)

- manage an onboarding process and onboarding process actions (stop/restart)

Performance - Improvement - In the Competency Development Plan, the chart displaying scores by competency groups will show the average score instead of total. 

Other - Improvement - Further improvements to the user interface implemented. Related issues fixed.
