Lanteria started serving Human Resource departments across the globe in 2006, and ever since we have been delivering the best product for our users by surpassing industry standards with innovative new features. In the past, we’ve achieved this through one simple, but extremely valuable trade secret: active listening.

By listening to our users, and gathering notes from our Implementation team, Account Managers, Development team, Project Managers and Support Engineers, it was easy to align our company goals with the needs of our customers. Every suggestion or idea that was shared, was put into a queue to evaluate how many users made the same request and whether it was feasible from our end to add to the system.

Thanks to the success of suggestions we moved forward with, we understand the importance of customer input into the development of new features and system upgrades and decided we needed to invest more resources into collecting feedback.

To automate the process (because come on, automation is kind of like, our thing), we designed a tool that makes submitting product suggestions simple and interactive for the user, while efficiently prioritizing them for us to analyze.
