In early 2019 we set a goal to help our users reach as many new job candidates as possible. We learned that the best way to achieve that was to integrate our Recruiting module with a wide variety of “Job board” websites that attract motivated job seekers.
Therefore, we are thrilled to announce our new partner integration with JobTarget - one centralized, simple platform for nearly all job posting needs!
As a result of this integration, it’s possible to post all job openings to thousands of different job sites using Lanteria HR. After a seamless configuration from our support team, all job openings from the Candidate Self-Service portal will post to the JobTarget sites daily. Each job opening retrieved from Lanteria HR, and posted with the help of JobTarget, has a link to the open position on Lanteria HR’s Candidate Self-Service site. This allows the candidate to follow the link, view the open job in the Candidate Self-Service Portal, and then apply for the job all through Lanteria HR.
To top things off, when it comes to marketing and promoting hiring efforts, it’s less work and more affordable to find qualified candidates using JobTarget’s Media Services. This includes social media advertising, targeted banner ads, remarketing campaigns, as well as targeted email and text blasts.
