Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying the cancelled development activities as overdue. 

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which caused endless displaying the "Working on it" message when applying the filter on the HR Help Desk page.

Compensation - Improvement - The Include inactive employees check box is added to the Start Salary Review Round page.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented setting the completion date for the development activity after completing the SCORM course.

Core HR - Improvement In addition to Content Approval and Status Approval, a new No Action workflow result type is available in the Approval Process Settings.

Performance - Improvement - A description is added for the Display form for employee managers check box in the performance review workflow settings.

Performance - Improvement - If someone creates a new topic for a check-in, everybody, except the creator will see the Unread tag near the topic name on the employee Check-in page, same as for the unread comment.

Compensation - Improvement - The org unit salary review is locked for the org unit manager after changing the status from Draft to Pending. 

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which prevented generating the approval request for a new job after the New Job Request check box is selected on the Job Description Request page.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with not displaying the employees for whom the current employee is additional manager. Now such employees are displayed after setting the Whole Team filter on the My Team page.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that allowed scheduling a job interview for the same time in the same meeting room.

Core HR - Improvement - A new Audit Log Report is now available in the Report Center, the Core HR group.

Data Import - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the not user-friendly error descriptions for the data import process.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which prevented the direct and additional managers from viewing the subordinates' absence records.

Recruiting - Improvement - Now it is possible to set up template for the letter sent to the applicant when during the interview self-schedule.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed the layout issue in the .pdf file exported for the job description. All the fields are displayed as separate lines now.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying the Approve/Reject button for the registered training requests.

Performance  - Improvement - Employee receives a notification about started check-in.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the progress bar that prevented the Reminders Job from running.

Core HR - Improvement - The Location lookup has been changed to the Location picker in the employee related data.

Recruiting - Improvement - The interviews in the Interview Calendar are now formatted with different colors for better visibility of multiple interviews planned for the same day.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Batch Schedule option is also available from the Interview Stage Details page.

Integrations - Improvement - The AD Integration settings are moved from the General section to the Integrations section.

Recruiting - Improvement - The users can now define the Candidate Document Types from Settings.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Hire button has been hidden from the Candidate Tracking page for the Manager and Recruiting Manager roles, since only HR can hire the candidates.

Recruitment - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where after editing skills of a candidate, and then saving the changes, the Skills form would close. 
Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue with the personal development plan where the view would switch back to the default view by date if you made changes in the assignment details of a development activity while the view was by development need. 
Performance - Improvement - The message that is shown when an employee tries to return a performance form to the previous responsible person was expanded with the text box where the employee must specify a reason for returning the form. Additionally, the email notification that the previous responsible employee receives in this case was updated.
Performance - Improvement - The Skills Search functionality was overhauled. The layout of skill groups was revised to make it more user-friendly. You can use the quick search field to quickly find a skill group by typing its title.
Recruiting - Improvement - The process of job opening approval was revised. If a job opening is pending approval (because of a configured approval workflow), different roles will have have different permissions/possibilities: a) the manager who created the job opening can only edit such a job opening; b) the manager responsible for approval can only approve such a job opening; c) the HR/Recruitment Manager can either approve and open the job opening or just approve it.
Recruiting - Improvement - Now when creating an interview schedule, which is used by candidates to self-schedule a job interview, Lanteria HR verifies whether selected time slots overlap within the interview schedule or with other interview schedules for at least one interviewer, and if so, an error message will be shown to prevent creation of an interview schedule with overlapping time intervals.
Recruiting - Improvement - The URL link that is generated when publishing a job opening with the JobTarget publishing option and shown on the Job Publishing tab of the Job Opening Details window now, instead of opening the job ad on the Candidate Self-Service site, opens the JobTarget dashboard page where you can manage the published job opening.
Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where the error that occurs when scheduling an interview that conflicts with other interviews for the selected interviewers was shown with a scrollbar.  
Core HR - Improvement - When searching for employees and setting a filter by org unit, the list of available org units available for selection now excludes inactive org units.
Time and Attendance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that could prevent registration of an absence in case the  specified number of absence hours consisted of a decimal fraction. 
Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where the scheduling assistant didn't show any information.
Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that could cause an error in certain scenarios on the personal development plan.
Time and Attendance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that could cause an error when trying to manually adjust allowance for an employee.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that could cause an error when trying to use the employee quick search for the second time in a row.
Performance - Improvement - Several menu items, pages, and breadcrumb trail links, related to employee feedback and 360 feedback, were revised: Employee Feedback was renamed to My Feedback (only for the Employee role), and 360 Feedbacks was renamed to 360 Feedback in several places. 
Recruiting - Improvement - When you are scheduling an interview, Lanteria HR now verifies whether there are conflicts with other appointments for the selected interviewers, and if so, an error message will be shown preventing you from scheduling the interview.
Report Center - Improvement - In the Report Builder, the mechanism of copying from a list to SQL tables was improved.
Core HR - Improvement - For the Manager role, on the My Team page, a new additional filter was added that allows the manager to view employees filtered by: Direct and additional reports (view employees for whom you are the Manager as well as the Additional Manager), Direct reports only (view employees for whom you are the Manager), or Whole Team (view employees for whom you are the Manager as well as their direct reports if they are the Manager for someone).
Performance - Improvement - Employees in the HR role can now reopen the last completed check-in session on condition that another check-in session is not started at the moment.
Learning - Improvement - When a training event is created or cancelled, the organizer receives an email notification about it.
Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where the values of the Ethnicity field on the Candidate Self-Service site were not sorted alphabetically. 
Recruiting - Issue Fix - The Request Job Interview action is no longer shown on the Interview Stage Details page when it is opened by clicking Details on the Interview Stages tab of the Job Opening Details page, because in this scenario the action didn't do anything. Note that the action is still available when you batch schedule interviews.
Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where a manager could edit a job opening (add stages, candidates, job opening questions, and interview stages) that hadn't been created by this manager.
Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that could cause a large empty area under the HR HelpDesk dashboard with a big number of HelpDesk requests.
Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that prevented a job opening from being saved if the Description field was required.
Core HR - Improvement - The Kendo framework, which is used in various charts, was updated to the latest version.

Core HR - Improvement - The name of the Job Description page (previously named Job Roles when it was opened by clicking My Company > Job Description) and the corresponding breadcrumb trail link were aligned and are the same now.
Performance - Improvement - The charts in the 360 Feedback Result report are now available in the Kendo mode.
Performance - Improvement - The Check-in page now displays the last added comment (who commented and what) under each topic, which allows the participants to read the latest comment without having to open the topic.
Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where the value from a custom field filled in while creating a job opening would go to the Description field instead.
Performance - Issue Fix - Corrected a typo in the error message that is shown when creating an employee KPI that already exists.
Core HR - Improvement - During synchronization with Office 365, Lanteria HR performs the following verification when synchronizing an org unit: LHR retrieves information about an org unit from Office 365, and checks whether an org unit with same title exists in Lanteria HR. If not, LHR checks whether an org unit with the same code exists in Lanteria HR. If not, an org unit with the title from Office 365 is created in Lanteria HR.
Report Center - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where filters for custom reports created in the Report Builder did not work properly.

Time & Attendance - Improvement  -  In the Vacation Statistics report, the Special Rules Leaves column is now available not only in the Regular mode, but also in the Dynamic mode as well. 
Report Center - Improvement - In the Employee Dates report, the Termination Date column now also displays future dates when an employee is pending termination.
Performance - Improvement - The Gap Analysis Chart is now available in the Kendo mode. 
Performance - Improvement - When configuring a performance review step in a performance review workflow, the step can no longer be assigned to Department Manager (the Assigned To field).
Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that allowed saving an incorrectly configured System Job Error Notification Email setting in the company settings.
Performance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where the name of the file created as the result of saving a check-in as PDF didn't coincide with the check-in title.
Core HR - Improvement - When the LHR - Process Reminders system job is run, a progress bar is displayed while the job processing is in progress. 
Learning - Improvement - The text of the error message that is displayed when scheduling a training and trying to reserve a room that is already reserved for the specified date and time was revised to improve clarity.
Core HR - Improvement - On the HR Processes page, prompt text was added to help users understand that the View button needs to be clicked to see data.
Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that would allow a manager to edit a job opening that this manager didn't create.
Recruiting - Improvement - The layout of interview schedules was improved to make it less cluttered. If an interview schedule for a job opening self-scheduling contains more that 8 time slots, only the first 8 time slots are shown on the Interview Schedule tab on the Job Opening Details page; other time slots are hidden. To see other time slots, click show more.
Recruiting - Improvement - Calculation of the deadline for job opening interview self-scheduling, which defines the period in days till the nearest available date in the schedule, for which a candidate won't be able to self-schedule an interview, was improved as follows: the deadline is calculated starting from 12:00 a.m. of the nearest available interview date, and not from the starting time slot on that day. Deadline = [Nearest Available Date 12:00 a.m.] - [Self-Scheduling Deadline value (number of days)].
Recruiting - Improvement - Emails that a job candidate and interviewer/organizer receive when the candidate self-schedules a job interview are now based on two different templates and contain different content.
Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that would prevent saving of an edited development activity with SCORM. The Final Score and Expiration Date fields were removed when editing such a development activity because these fields are filled in automatically.
Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue that would prevent an employee from being able to see his or her actions on the My Actions page if the total number of items in the non-filtered list exceeded the view threshold configured in the WebApp settings.
Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue where the HR HelpDesk dashboard wasn't displayed properly under certain conditions.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with creating a new KPI.

Performance - Improvement - Now HR can delete private feedback.

Data Import - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which caused importing data without titles.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed the HR Helpdesk dashboard layout issue that was reflected on small screens.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect display of the detailed Timesheet Report.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with one KPI history displaying for another KPI, which was caused by the possibility to add to the employee KPIs the same KPI from the library.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the learning material Objectives and Description fields being hidden after uploading a new video or e-learning.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - A new setting Allow Negative Carried Over Units is available to define whether the generated carried over allowance can be negative in case the previous period's allowance is less than 0. 

Data Export - Improvement - Description for the Employee Fields and Salary Fields of the Data Export Setting page has been added to make it clear that only the selected fields will be exported.

Core HR - Improvement - If the employee's manager is changed, the HR process actions where the responsible role is Manager will be reassigned to a new manager.

Report Center - Improvement - The empty report groups are hidden from the Report Center for each role.

Learning - Improvement - When a training event location is changed, the attendees receive the updated appointment.

Recruiting - Improvement - The layout of the validation message displayed when scheduling interview or training event and entering the incorrect end date has been made consistent on both forms.

Performance - Improvement - The Competency Assessment Analysis chart is available in Kendo mode.

Recruiting - Improvement - Candidate can schedule a new interview after the previously scheduled interview window is closed.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the organizer from receiving the training event appointment notifications.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that allowed scheduling an interview end time earlier than the start time. 

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with scheduling interviews using the Batch Schedule option.

Core HR - Improvement - When searching an employee, the search results display the country of the employee, in addition to other information.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - The start of the rolling year for the Annual Dynamics chart of the Absences dashboard is defined as beginning of the following month.

Performance - Improvement - The Start Date and End Date are now mandatory to specify when creating the ad hoc review. 

Core HR - Improvement - When uploading an employee document, the user can click the add icon to start the upload process.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Schedule Interview form has a new field Time Zone, which has priority over the location time zone for the interviews. The Interviewers field is now a mandatory field.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - When requesting the absence cancellation, the confirmation message is displayed.

Compensation - Improvement - The Pay Frequency list additionally includes the Hourly, Daily and Yearly options.

Performance - Improvement - When using the time-consuming options on the Personal Development Plan, the Working on it window displays.

Performance - Improvement - The KPI Library and Performance Trend charts are available in the Kendo mode.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - When adding absences, if the operation takes a long time, the Working on it window is displayed.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Local HR seeing the 360 feedback forms of the employees he or she is not authorized to view.

Compensation - Improvement - The managers can only view the completed salary reviews. 

Performance - Improvement - The Employee KPI History chart is displayed in the kendo mode.

Compensation - Improvement - The Increase Pool and Total Budget are now affected by the percent change correctly. Several resources have been renamed.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with processing the date of Feb 29 by the Prepare Dashboards job.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the organizer from receiving the training event appointment notifications.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with updating the salary effective date when changing the job assignment with the current or past date.

Integrations - Improvement - The Signed Date tag is now available for DocuSign. The tag can be set up in the DocuSign settings.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying the required competency level in the 360 Feedback Form.

Recruiting - Improvement - For internal candidates, the Job Offers button is now available on the Applications tab of the employee card.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying an odd top menu in the Candidate Card Designer after deleting a section.

Core HR - Improvement - On the Job Roles page, an additional space was added between the Description field name and its contents to make the layout more user-friendly.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect work of the Refresh button for the dashboards.

Performance - Improvement - When the manager receives a cumulative reminder about the team check-ins, the link in the reminder now leads to My Team Check-Ins.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the bottom scale of the Salary Breakdown chart of the Compensation dashboard.

Performance - Improvement - When a topic in a check-in is modified, the reminder will display it as modification and not as a new topic.

Integration - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the ADP integration job from processing the employees after encountering an error.

Learning - Improvement - A new learning material type Video is available. Use it to watch video from learning catalog in browser.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the incorrect display of the bottom scale on the Companies chart of the Company Overview dashboard.

Core HR - Improvement - The employee status will be synchronized from the employee card to the employment history.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with applying the Show Active Only filter on the My Approval Requests page.

Report Builder - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the New report button of the Report Builder which caused calling a report generation wizard after clicking empty space next to the button.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed a layout issue with the Delete icon on the My Goals page.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect handling of the Employment History custom fields by the Process employees job.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Requested Annual Variable Salary being not applied after salary review. Also, the layout of the Employee Salary Reviews page is fixed.

Core HR - Improvement - When terminating a manager, specify a successor who will be in charge of the employees and to whom the performance reviews, approval requests, etc. will be reassigned.

Performance - Improvement - Employee will receive notification if there are new topics or comments to the check-ins the employee is involved in.

Learning - Improvement - The LinkedIn Learning Duration field can be synchronized to learning material and to development activities when they are uploaded.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed a misspelling in title of the Not Aligned Goals page.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the newly created approval request from displaying on the My Approval Requests page before refreshing the page.

Performance - Improvement - Now the company goal result calculation mechanism will be the same for the performance review form and the Company Goals page.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the HR users being not able to add information to the Sensitive Data list.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect layout of the Created by and Last modified by data.

Report Builder - Improvement - When adding Totals to the Report Builder report and selecting Avg, the result will be rounded to the two decimals.

Other - Improvement - The Dashboard charts will be displayed without the layout issues when a company or org unit has a long name (3-4 words).

Core HR - Improvement - A filter is available for the Approval Requests page, enabling to filter by approval request and use Additional Filter.

Learning - Improvement - The job role information from the Employee column of the Learning Materials report has been moved to a separate column.

Core HR - Improvement - The Country and Location filters are now available for the HR Helpdesk dashboard.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with processing future assignments and future salaries.

Report Builder - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the translations of the Report Builder reports from displaying. 

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that occurred if an employee being terminated had future assignments.

Learning - Improvement - In discussion boards, the possibility to attach files in various formats to discussions and discussion posts/replies was added.

Integrations - Improvement - It is now possible to set up the Salary Details list integration with ADP.

Integrations - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with copying the Department field from ADP to Lanteria.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying the Out of Office calendar with an absence booked for February 29.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with text alignment in the job role description on the Job Profiles page.

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused hiding the text formatting ribbon for the fields of the rich text type.

Performance - Improvement - A warning message will be displayed when a user is trying to save feedback to himself/herself.

Performance - Improvement - The title of the Employee Competency Report available from Report Center > Performance > Competency Report has been changed to Competency Report.

Performance - Improvement - On the Job Profiles page, a job category is now available for the job role. 

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the recommended salary updating. Now the new recommended salary is applied after refreshing.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect displaying of the terminated employee relationships on the Employee Chart.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Bonus Report layout (Amount and Payment Date columns).

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the quiz time limit from displaying when the user was starting a quiz with time limit.

Learning - Improvement - It is possible to comment on replies in discussion boards.  

Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the Format text ribbon from displaying for the fields of the rich text type.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused incorrect special symbols in the notification that is displayed after adding a learning material to a development plan.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the provided employee feedback from saving correctly in case of using special symbols for the feedback text.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the timesheet record filtering not preserved when opening record details from the Timesheet report.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue in the Timesheet Report which allowed selecting illogical combinations in the Rows and Grouping fields.

Core HR - Improvement - Search is now available for the Job Profiles page.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with preserving the sorted columns on the printed Training Event Details page.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with validation of the training event duration (it was possible to choose the same start date and time, as well as end date and time).

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the Employee Competency Report from displaying. 

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the internal trainer access to the training event details and Discussion Board, which used to be granted based on the learning material internal trainers list and not the training event internal trainer.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the Training Feedback Report displaying results only if an internal trainer is assigned to a learning material. Both learning materials with and without feedback will be displayed in the report.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the applicant full name being not updated after changing the candidate full name.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the internal trainer viewing more options for the training management than the trainer has permissions to use. The internal trainer assigned to a training event can cancel the event, upload document and access the discussion board.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which prevented the user from closing the Candidate Letter Templates Manager after making changes to the templates.

Integrations - Improvement - The Enabled check box is now available in the integrations settings for the ADP integration. Use it to switch on and off the ADP integration.

Performance - Improvement - When the user creates a performance review form generation rule with the Generation Start Date Calculation Type set to From Round Start Date, the  performance review forms will be first generated when creating a review round.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused creating several candidates for a job opening if the user clicked Apply for Job Opening several times.

Core HR - Improvement - Exporting job profile to pdf can now be done with portrait and not only landscape orientation.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - The Amount of Time Spent by Employees chart of the timesheet report is now available in Kendo mode.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with displaying data in the Employee Dependents table.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Now you can sort the Candidate Search table displayed when adding a candidate from database to a job opening.

Recruiting - Improvement - When opening an internal job opening from My Company > Job Openings, an employee can view the attachments for this opening, if any.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Org Unit column is now available for the internal job openings under My Company > Job Openings.

Learning - Improvement - The practicum, if any, is now accessible through the discussion board.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - Company holidays can be assigned to employees individually.

Core HR - Improvement - When changing the employee's job assignment and selecting the Enable changing Salary Details check box, the user can see the Working on it loader.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the not updated SCORM result if the course is not completed from the first attempt.Now the SCORM result will be updated for each attempt if the development activity status is not Completed or Cancelled.

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with sending notification about the completed training to a terminated employee.

Performance - Improvement - When creating the performance review generation rules, specifying the organization unit is not mandatory. 

Learning - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with availability of the Add button for the courses that have already been added to the employee's Personal Development Plan.  

Performance - Improvement - The 360 Feedback result charts are now available in Kendo mode.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with search in the Org Unit field of the employee card. Now the search is performed correctly and the results with not full coincidence are also displayed. 

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which prevented employee from accessing the Comments/Approval History for the employee's absences.

Data Import - Improvement - Importing data into the custom lists that contain lookups has been optimized.

Data Import - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused incorrect count of the added items in the data import results.

Recruiting - Improvement - Improved the interface of the window used for assigning a newly created candidate to a job opening (window renamed to Apply for Job Opening, confirmation and information messages updated). 

Performance - Improvement - If the custom fields of the Date and Number types are used for the 360 Assessment, the general result report will display information message that charts cannot be displayed for these field types.
