Other - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with the the change history of the multiple line fields displaying changes even when no changes have been made.

Core HR - Improvement - Design of the HR HelpDesk Request page has been improved. The Print button is now available from the page.

Performance - Improvement - The performance review form templates are now ordered alphabetically in the Performance Review Form Designer.

Recruiting - Improvement - When creating a new job opening or editing an existing one, the user won't be able to work with the Approval Request and Current Approvers fields.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue where the ES Roles field value has been reset after editing the Approval Process Settings.

Compensation - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that enabled the user to specify the 0 currency rate.

Recruiting - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused displaying an unnecessary error in the Event Viewer. Now if the Candidate Self-Service is not set up, the job opening integration job processing error is not displayed.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that prevented the user from deleting the workflow steps from the approval workflow designer. After the step is deleted, all the current approval requests on this step will be moved to the next one. If there is no next step, the request will be autoapproved.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue where the user could create an absence request with attachment exceeding the server maximum upload size. Now the attachment size is validated and in case it exceeds the maximum file size, the error message will be displayed.

Core HR - Improvement - Depending on the Job Assignment Mode setting, either job role or job position will be displayed on the My Team and Organizational Structure pages.

Performance - Improvement - Chart in the Competency History report supports the Kendo mode.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue preventing the parent org unit goals from displaying in the performance review form according to the goal setup.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused fitting the performance review form into one page when printing to PDF. Now the review form is correctly split into as many pages as relevant.

Performance - Improvement - Filters of the HR Competency Report have been localized.

Recruiting - Improvement - The page where the publishing options for the job openings can be modified has been renamed to Job Opening Publishing Options.

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue that caused displaying decimal values in the Number of Employees by Month dashboard chart.

Performance - Issue fix - Fixed an issue with incorrect calculation of the objective total weight and total score. Now the total weight and total score of the employee objectives will be calculated based on the currently active goals only. The historical (completed) goals will not be taken into account.

Other - Improvement - A new setting System Job Error Notification Email has been implemented. Specify email for sending information about errors that occurred during the system job run. 

Core HR - Issue fix - Fixed an issue which caused generating duplicated performance reviews for the employees created through the data import.

Learning - Issue fix - An extra field has been removed from the Attach New E-Learning form.

Other - Issue fix - The Process Employees job works without issues in case the job Last run time is empty.

Core HR - Improvement - If the Probation End Date field is available on the employee card, the end date specified manually will not be overwritten based on the performance review stage settings. If the Probation End Date field is not on the employee card, the end date will be automatically calculated based on the probation review stage duration. 

Report Builder - Issue fix - The dates in reports created through the Report Builder are displayed according to the field settings: date or date and time. 

Core HR - Improvement - Options for the Gender field of the Employees list can be defined not only as (M) and (F), but also as M and F without brackets.

Other - Improvement - The Event Viewer errors are now recorded into the ErrorLog SQL table of the ESDB database.

Core HR - Improvement - The data import process has been optimized and the employee data import time is reduced.

Performance - Issue fix - If Competency Storage is set to SQL, the special symbols in the competency Notes field are handled correctly.

Other - Improvement - Adding and deleting lists and fields, as well as field update will be tracked in a new [dbo].[DataStructureLog] table.

Recruiting - Improvement - Candidate notes are available from the job opening Candidate Tracking.

Performance - Issue fix - When manually adding a competency for assessment, the user can specify the competency level, and the Score field, which is a numeric representation of the competency level, is hidden now.

Performance - Issue fix - The Employee Competency Search displays correct results when selecting several competencies to look for.

Other - Improvement - A new permission level is available for the Permission Editor - Except Myself. which enables the user to see all the records, except his/her own.

Candidate Self-Service - Improvement - If a candidate is uploading an attachment with double dot before the extension name, an extra dot is automatically removed for the correct file upload.

Core HR - Improvement - During the data import, if a job position is not found by code, it will be searched by title.

Learning - Issue fix - When creating a category for the quiz questions, the category description is not copied to the Comment field.

Other - Improvement - The SQL Export Job will export the Created by and Modified by field information. The account title will be displayed.

Core HR - Issue fix - The layout of the Number of Employees by Month chart of the Company Overview dashboard is now correct. The top of the numbers is not cut off.

Report Builder - Improvement - When creating a report through the Report Builder and grouping it by date, the date only, without time, will be displayed.

Core HR, Recruiting - Improvement - There is an option to start workflow after a document is uploaded to one of the following libraries: Employee Documents, Certificates, Job Contracts, Candidate Documents.

Performance - Issue fix - After adding a competency for assessment and assessing it, the date and time for the Assessed by field and Notes field is the same.

Core HR - Issue fix - When uploading an employee document, the Employee Access and Manager Access check boxes can be cleared and these settings are saved for the uploaded document.

Learning - Improvement - After enrolling for a training event, an information message is about successful result will be displayed to the user.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Additional Information/Instructions field on the Interview Form page supports the rich text.

Performance - Improvement - The performance review workflow step can be assigned to a working group manager.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - Now Local HR can adjust employee’s allowance manually.

Learning - Improvement - A new setting Display Missing Trainings on Development Plan has been added. If selected, the missing mandatory trainings will be displayed in the development plan and the View Missing Mandatory Trainings check box will be hidden.

Performance - Improvement - After a performance review round is deleted, all the related performance reviews will be deleted as well.

Data Import - Improvement - For any custom data, the import entities lookups/multilookups in the Employees list can be mapped to a column in Excel with GlobalId/FullName.

Performance - Improvement - After an employee is terminated, any open performance reviews of this employee will be completed automatically.

Recruiting - Improvement - Link to the job openings published internally (Intranet is selected in the Publish to field) is now available from the Job Opening Details page.

Core HR - Issue fix - The ADP Integration issue corrected: the job assignment is processed correctly and has a correct start date and change reason.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - When manually adjusting the employee allowance with the German locale set up, the Adjusted Allowance is calculated correctly.

Learning - Improvement - The manager reports related to the Learning section will no longer be available from My Team Learning. The reports are now available only from the Reports menu.

Other - Issue fix - After making changes through the Ribbon Editor, the previous ribbon settings are not reset. 

Core HR - Improvement - The number of open and unread HR helpdesk requests displayed under the HR HelpDesk dashboard name in the dashboard main menu includes all the currently open and unread requests and not only those assigned to the current user.

Performance - Improvement - The third level manager can view performance review forms for his or her subordinates as the second level manager.

Performance - Improvement - The Performance Review Manager can view only the Performance tab in the Report Center. The tabs the role doesn't have access to are hidden. 

Core HR - Issue fix - The documents with maximum number of characters allowed by Windows can be uploaded to the Employee Documents without issues.

Recruiting - Issue fix - A job opening is published correctly to the Seek portal after its approval. A link to the published job opening is available on the Job Publishing tab.

Report Center - Issue fix - When creating a new report through the Report Generator Wizard, the Save&Exit button is disabled after clicking it once to avoid generating several reports.

Recruiting - Improvement - A new Application Date column is added to the Candidate Tracking page.

Recruiting - Issue date - The job opening expiration time for the Candidate Self Service is defined correctly based on the server time zone.

Learning - Issue fix - Items in the Waiting list are not duplicated.

Learning - Improvement - A new setting Manage Practicums on Learning Material Creation added to Settings > Learning > Learning Catalog > Advanced. If selected, the user will be redirected to the Manage Practicum page after creating a learning material. Cleared by default.

Core HR - Issue fix - When the future job assignments are processed by the Salary Processing job, the SharePoint workflows are initiated for the Employment History list.

Performance - Issue fix - When printing the 360 Feedback Result Report to pdf, the feedback text is not printed from a new page if it is too large for the current page. The text is split into the two pages in such cases.

Performance - Improvement - On the Check-in page, the employee managers or HR can edit the current check-in title.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - When registering absences with the German local set up, the half days are correctly counted and displayed.

Core HR - Issue fix - If an employee has any broken data, the Process Employees job still updates the employee data correctly. It processes the valid data and skips the step where the invalid data was to be processed.

Learning - Issue fix - The internal trainer title is displayed on both the Scheduling Assistant and Schedule Training pages instead of the trainer name.

Mobile Version - Improvement - In Lanteria HR Mobile, the preloader will be shown after clicking Request Change or Request Cancellation for the absence.

Mobile Version - Issue fix - The layout issue corrected. Long document titles are fully displayed in Lanteria HR Mobile.

Learning - Issue fix - If one training ends at the same time when another one starts, the trainer can be booked for such two training events and no appointment conflict error is displayed. For example, if one training ends at 3 pm and the following one starts at 3 pm, you can book the same trainer for these 2 events.

Performance - Improvement - Users with the Performance Manager role have the Report Center menu and Personal Employee Feedback menu item available to them. The performance managers can also use the Performance reports and start the 360 review rounds.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Additional Information/Instructions field is added to the Interview Details page.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Location field in the Schedule Interview form is not mandatory now.

Core HR - Issue fix - The employee photos with brackets in names are displayed correctly.

Core HR - Issue fix - In Internet Explorer, after refreshing the employee card, an excessive link is not displayed.

Recruiting - Issue fix - The job opening description can be defined as Enhanced Rich Text.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - In the dynamic mode, the Absence Schedule will be also displayed in Kendo or standard mode, depending on the Chart Mode setting.

Report Builder - Issue fix - The lists with broken permissions will not prevent creating reports in the Report Builder. An error will be displayed in the event viewer. The list with broken permissions will not be available when selecting lists for the custom report.

Recruiting - Issue fix - When publishing several job openings to Seek simultaneously, the job opening details are saved correctly.

Recruiting - Improvement - French translation for the Candidate Documents is implemented.

Core HR - Issue fix - The images are displayed correctly when exporting the Employee Chart to pdf.

Learning - Issue fix - Now a course cannot be assigned twice if it was added to the employee plan in the scope of curriculum, even if there are several events for the same course.

Learning - Issue fix - An employee can see the link to Discussion Board only if he or she attends the corresponding event.

Learning - Issue fix - The manager can access Discussion Board as attendee of  the corresponding event and doesn't have the administrator permissions.

Report Builder - Improvement - When creating a custom report, the Get All Records check box is now available. It enables displaying all the records from both parent and child lists even if the parent list value is empty. For example, if a report consists of the Emergency Contacts list (a parent list) and the Employees list (a child list that is shown as Employees by [Emergency Contacts.[Employee Name] after the Emergency Contacts list is selected), the report will show all the employees regardless of whether an employee has an emergency contact or not. 

Learning - Improvement - The responses in the Discussion Board are aligned to the left side. The comments are published correctly and are visible to all the participants.

Performance - Issue fix - When printing check-in to PDF, the text is correctly split into pages.

Learning - Issue fix - Chart in the Classroom Activities and Trainers Report is now Kendo chart, which allows correct availability displaying for the multi-day training events. 

Performance - Improvement - For check-ins, the Recent Feedback section is available. It displays the personal employee feedback since last check-in.

Core HR - Improvement - If an employee has pending approval requests, he or she will receive a weekly reminder with a link to My Approval Requests page.

Learning - Improvement - Scheduling Assistant is also available for rooms in the Schedule Interview page.

Learning - Improvement - The Learning Material Categories filter is now available for the Training Schedule. 

Performance - Improvement - The Summary Rating and Calculated Score are displayed as different columns in the Performance Review Rounds and Performance Reviews pages.

Core HR - Issue fix - The employee photos are displayed correctly even if they have brackets in their title.

Core HR - Issue fix - When selecting approver's job role for the approval workflow step, only active job roles are displayed.

Candidate Self-Service - Improvement - A new Useful Links section is available for Candidate Self-Service.

Recruiting - Improvement - Lanteria HR is integrated with the Seek job site. Job openings from Lanteria HR can be published to Seek.

Report Center - Improvement - The Reports section is moved to be displayed as the last item in the menu (relevant for customers with the old content).

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - The decimal values for the work pattern hours now can be set correctly based on the selected regional settings.

Recruiting - Issue fix - The managers can view candidates for the requested job openings.

Time and Attendance - Improvement - The absence request attachments are available from the absence record display form.

Performance - New functionality - One to one feedbacks feature implemented. The employee and manager can create topics (for example, employee tasks) for discussion, discuss them in comments and periodically check in their discussion with comments and the topic statuses. This feature facilitates and makes more effective communication on the employee performance. 

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - After the employee requests changes to the absence record, the approval workflow is started without issues.

Performance - Improvement - The Beginning of Review Rating label in the performance review form is changed to Previous Competency Assessment.

Core HR - Issue fix - Sorting by title on the Employee Documents page works correctly.

Recruiting - Improvement - Users with the Employee role are now able to edit the Personal Attributes/Skills and Form Fields sections of the interview form.

Recruiting - Issue fix - The page sorting works correctly irrespective of the regional settings.

Recruiting - Improvement - The Anonymize Data option is now available for candidates as well.

Core HR - Improvement - The process of adding and editing data on the employee card has been improved. It is now handled by a new system job named Process Employees, which is run hourly.

Performance - Improvement - Now on the Performance Reviews page, on the My Reviews tab, employees and managers can see Summary Rating only for reviews that have already been completed.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby in the personal development plan a completion date would be added to a development activity based on the SCORM learning course when the learner closed the SCORM course that was still in progress.

Learning - Improvement - Now you can find a training scheduled for the future date that is up to two years later than the current year.

Integration - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue in the AD integration whereby the employee's manager would not be synchronized with the AD correctly in certain scenarios.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby changing the status of a job candidate would also change the status of the neighboring candidate.

Learning - Improvement - Added a new feature: Discussion Board. This functionality enables training event participants to take part in a discussion board, which is a page visible to training event participants where the participants can discuss any topic, related to the event, in public or private discussions. After you have been added as a participant to a training event, the discussion board can be accessed using the Discussion Board button under the training event development activity in your development plan or using the corresponding action on the training event details page. The training manager, HR, local training manager (if assigned) or internal trainer (if assigned) can add announcements that are visible to all training event participants on the discussion board as well as add a course guide (any additional training-related information, such schedule, guide, links, etc.). From the discussion board, you can also open the training event details to manage attendees if necessary.

Recruiting - Improvement - Added a possibility to restrict access to an uploaded candidate document for the manager and/or recruiting manager.

Core HR - Improvement - From now on when deploying a new version of Lanteria HR, the system job schedule (job run time) is not overwritten with the default schedule in case it was manually changed in the SharePoint Central Administration.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby the list of prerequisites would not be displayed properly when switching filters, and then checking prerequisites in the development plan.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby checking prerequisites for a development activity, which is an e-learning SCORM package, would run the SCORM package instead of showing the list of prerequisites.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby, in the SQL mode, when applying for training, an incorrect development activity ID would be sent in the link of an email appointment.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby a long HR Helpdesk reply would be shown on a single line instead of being broken down into several lines.

Core HR - Improvement - The Performance Scores Distribution chart view type on the Performance dashboard was changed to Pie to avoid layout issue in the scenario when there are 4 or more summary ratings to be shown on the chart.

Learning - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby a training manager couldn't download certificates for employees that are not subordinates.

Time and Attendance - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby, in the Dynamic Absences mode, booked extra time off would be shown in the out of office calendar.

Core HR - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby the Fill Form action, added to an HR process template, would not automatically fill in employee data (title, first name, and last name) when starting the HR process.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby the Recruiting Manager would be able to access all vacancies and their candidates, including vacancies they are not assigned to.

Recruiting - Issue Fix - Fixed an issue whereby it wouldn't be possible to batch schedule interviews.

Learning - Improvement - The behavior of the quiz player has been changed: now when selecting an answer for a question in the quiz player and pressing Enter, the quiz player marks the question as answered and moves on to the next question instead of asking whether you want to complete the quiz.

Time and Attendance - Issue fix - When the user selects an employee as acting person for the absence request, the selected employee receives an approval request.

Core HR - Issue fix - Employees with no country defined will not cause  issues with displaying the Company Overview Dashboard.

Core HR - Issue fix - Viewing details of the approval request items is again available from the Approval Requests page.

Learning - Issue fix - When creating or editing a training event, the trainer receives an appointment with correct dates and timings even if his or her timezone is different from that of the location.

Learning - Issue fix - If the date or time of the training event is changed, the changes will be reflected both in calendar and roaster.
